Will this help me lose weight?

This is not a weight loss program. The goal of this masterclass is to reconnect with your body. Whatever happens with your weight in this process is what happens with your weight.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and I also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the HFM. While there is no guarantee, I offer a 30-day refund for purchases. To qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you gave the course an honest effort and it did not work for you. I’ve seen similar stuff in the past—what makes this different?

01. It mixes biology with psychology

You can google what hunger and fullness feel like. However, what google won't share with you, is the psychological reasoning behind why it is so hard to feel these signals in the first place. I will teach you not only what you are looking for when it comes to identifying hunger and fullness but also how to let go of the mental noise that is keeping you from hearing these signals in the first place.


Because at the end of the day, it is one thing to know what hunger and fullness are ‘supposed' to feel like, and it is another to feel those cues in your own body. Rather than just giving you a list of cues and telling you what you likely already know – I am teaching you how to reconnect with hunger and fullness in YOUR own body.

What if I don’t have much time to spend on it right now?

That's okay! This will only take about an hour out of your week for 3 weeks.

The Binge Eating Lab FAQ

When are the zoom calls? What if I can't make it?

Zoom calls are Tuesdays at 5:30 EST from March 15-April 5, and replays are always available if you can't make it!

What will we do on the calls?

It will be a combination of learning, journaling, and talking.

What if I don't want anybody to know I'm in this group?

I get it. It's scary! For the zoom calls, you will not need to have your camera on, and you can change your display name if that is something you are worried about. And the online community isn't on Facebook, so you can also change your display name if that is something you're worried about.

Do you take insurance? OR will insurance cover it?

All virtual coaching programs are not recognized as therapy; therefore, insurance does not cover them.

What if this program doesn't work for me?

I get it. Investing in yourself is a risk, especially if you have tried many things before. If you are worried about this program working for you, I recommend you start with the Hunger and Fullness Masterclass. That will allow you to dip your toes in, 100% risk-free. 

Will I get 1:1 access to you?

In the Binge Eating Lab, you will not. Everything will be in a group.

What if I don't live in the United States?

That's okay!! Everything will be virtual.

When will you be doing another BootCamp?

As of right now, I looking at July or August.
