How much time do I need to dedicate to this?

Roughly 2 hours a week (an hour for course work and an hour for group calls). The amount of time you want to spend on worksheets and/or tasks is up to you!

FAQs

What if I don't want anybody to know I'm in this group?

I get it, it's scary! You can change your display name in your profile to anything you want, and when you comment it will show up as the name you have chosen!

How long do I have access to the replays?

As long as they exist! You will have a 6 month warning if/when they will be deleted.

Do I get solo sessions with you? 

There is always an option to purchase a solo session with me if you would like / feel you need. Purchasing a solo session is offered to group coaching clients only. 

Do you offer payment plans or payment options?

Yes! You will have an option to pay in full, or break it into 3 payments or 6 payments. 

When are the weekly group calls?

There will always be 2 different options for call times, this round of call times you can choose from 1p EST or 6p EST.

Do you take insurance? OR will insurance cover?

All virtual coaching programs are not recognized as therapy, therefore insurance does not cover.

What if this program doesn't work for me?
