Happy T-B-J Tuesday! Here are 3 healthy living Tips, 2 Book recommendations (one self-improvement and one fun), and 1 Journal prompt to ponder this week! 

T: 3 Healthy Living Tips 

☀️ If you are feeling out of control with food, let's try putting all of your food on a plate to start bringing in mindfulness

☀️ Can't stop weighing yourself? Put the scale in a spot harder for you to get to (ex: the back of your car). This doesn't mean you can't weigh; it will simply be a bit harder to do so. This will allow space for you to think about what you're doing rather than it being a mindless habit.

☀️Just because you are not dieting doesn't mean you can't prioritize taking care of yourself! Save this reel​ for a reminder.

📚For Fun (Romance Fantasy):  A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Maas

Okay, okayyyyyy I am not a fantasy gal, but this one GOT ME (so much so that I am reading book 2, I KNOW). The 14-year-old me who loved Twilight is being reignited with this book 😅
