In need of a sweet, simple snack to hold you over until your next meal? Look no further! This apple peanut butter toast is not only delicious, but it is also easily made in just a few minutes. Perfect to carry you over to your lunch break or satisfy a mid-afternoon sweet tooth!

We all know and love the classic apple and peanut butter snack combo, but have you tried it on your favorite toasted bread? If you haven't, this is your sign to do so! 🤩 Enjoying this duo on toast adds an extra level of satiety, a delicious crunch, and leaves you feeling fuller! (My favorite bread to use is Trader Joe's Sourdough.)

Description

We all know and love the classic apple and peanut butter snack combo, but have you tried it on your favorite toasted bread? If you haven't, this is your sign to do so! 🤩

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Toast your bread
  2. Spread peanut butter on toast
  3. Thinly slice your apple
  4. Lay apple slices on toast
  5. Top with granola, honey, and cinnamon

Notes

  • Don't like peanut butter? Swap for any nut butter of your choice!
  • Pair with a smoothie or yogurt bowl to make this a meal!
