Donât know where to start? Ask yourself: What is ONE thing I could do today that would help get me closer to that goal?

Just because you are no longer dieting, it doesnât mean:
- You are giving up on yourself
- You are letting yourself go
- You don't care
- You arenât strong enough

Is the problem that youâre emotionally eating over being stressed, or is the problem that you donât know how to manage stress without food?

SELF-IMPROVEMENT
TINY BEAUTIFUL THINGS by Cheryl Strayed

You NEED this book. I continue to reach for it when life feels tough and it always leaves me feeling seen and comforted. Not to mention, a GREAT reminder on how much beauty there is around us, if we allow ourselves to see it. One of my favorite quotes from the book is, âTrusting yourself means living out what you already know to be true.â BAM. Go get this book.
FOR FUN
IN FIVE YEARS by Rebecca Serle

I LOVED THIS SO MUCH. I am not usually a romance gal (as you can see by the majority of my book recs đ ) because they're typically not engaging enough for me – but oooooh I could not put this down. It was so engaging, as I kept wondering WHAT IS HAPPENING and WHAT IS SHE GOING TO DO?! If you are looking for a fun and light book, try this one next!
Quick Synopsis (From Amazon): Dannie Kohan lives her life by the numbers.
She is nothing like her lifelong best friendâthe wild, whimsical, believes-in-fate Bella. Her meticulous planning seems to have paid off after she nails the most important job interview of her career and accepts her boyfriendâs marriage proposal in one fell swoop, falling asleep completely content.
But when she awakens, sheâs suddenly in a different apartment, with a different ring on her finger, and beside a very different man. Dannie spends one hour exactly five years in the future before she wakes again in her own home on the brink of midnightâbut it is one hour she cannot shake. In Five Years is an unforgettable love story, but it is not the one youâre expecting.

Write yourself a letter as if it is a year from now (March 7, 2024).
Answer the following questions as if it was that day:
- What do you feel?
- What have you accomplished?
- How did you do that?
- What are you proud of?
- Who do you show up as?
