T: 3 Healthy Living Tips 

☀️ Instead of: I can’t eat thawithout losing control >  Let’s try: I’m working on making peace with all foods. Am I open to practicing that today?

  • I can practice by adding this food to something 
  • Or, I can practice by having this food with someone 
  • I can practice by having this food after a meal

☀️How To Stop Feeling Chaotic Around Food On The Weekends:
01. Keep the structure
02. Have go-to productive thought reframes on hand
03. Prioritize your needs  

☀️ A helpful response if someone comments on your food/weight:
I know you are trying to help, but comments like that aren't helpful. I would appreciate it if you stopped commenting on my food (and/or body).

📚For Self Improvement (on Body Image): Body Talk by Katie Sturino

This is one of my all-time favorite body image books. Not only does Katie do an incredible job at breaking down body image and changing your body image story, but this book also offers many exercises and reflections! So not only is it an incredible book, but it also is a guided journal as well. If you have been struggling with body image, I could not recommend it more! 

📚For Fun (Romance) Love and Other Words

If you enjoy the childhood best friends to lovers trope 😭 this is a must!! And if you enjoy reading, you will appreciate the whit in this book!
