What would life look like if you finally put a stop to binge eating because you now have the right education, tools, and support in place?

In a world where it feels like everyone is on a diet —it’s easy to get lost in the noise of making food the problem.

Which is why I need you to hear these 3 truths:

>>> Binge eating wins when you make food the problem. The problem isn’t that you’re bingeing, the problem is why you’re bingeing.

>>> Just not buying binge foods is never going to work long term. It's about changing your mindset, not just your grocery list.

>>> No, giving up dieting doesn’t mean neglecting your health. You can let go of the rigid rules and still improve your health.

Binge Eating Isn't

✅ A reaction to diet rigidity

✅ A survival instinct

✅ A learned emotional escape

✅ A symptom of unmet needs

Binge Eating Is

🚫 An addiction to food

🚫 A lack of willpower

🚫 A self-control issue

🚫 The root problem

Let's Get Very Clear On Something:

recovery doesN't have to be so hard

The secret to effortless eating and mental freedom with food really isn’t some unsolvable math problem.

Things don’t need to be perfectly scheduled for you to make time for healing—if you have time to binge, you have time to heal.

You don’t need to lose weight before starting to heal your relationship with food. You cannot change your outside and expect it to change your inside.

And—shhhhhh—you don’t even really need to stop buying the damn Oreos, chips, ice cream, etc.

Yup. I said it.

After all....

If you know you want a life bigger than what obsessing over food and your body will give you, but don’t know how to get there, Binge Eating Unchained is your answer.

OKAY, I'm ready!

IN ACTION

Well, you had me at quiet the food noise

But how is this different from everything I’ve already tried?

We don’t focus on the food in BEU—heck, we don’t even really focus on the binges. *Gasp!* I know.

Here’s the deal: binge eating wins when you make food the problem. The problem isn’t that you’re bingeing; the problem is why you’re bingeing.

In Binge Eating Unchained, we aren’t just staying surface level like everything you’ve tried so far. We are going deep. We are actually healing. This isn’t a band-aid solution type of program.

Unpack the deep rooted beliefs instilled in you from family and culture about body size

Redefine who you are outside of your body size and what makes you worthy

BONUS RESOURCE

Building a Workout Routine You Love (And Isn’t Obsessive)

PHASE three

Emotion Regulation

Actually work through your emotions instead of numbing them with food by learning what emotions do for you and how to ultimately feel and embrace them.

Build resilience for tolerating uncertainty, discomfort, and triggers outside of your control

No longer misuse coping skills by understanding their purpose + how to use them correctly

Build the armor to reduce your vulnerability to falling victim to your emotions

BONUS RESOURCE

PHASE four

Your Recovered Life

Understand how to be healthy without becoming obsessive (or re-triggering yourself)

Formulate an effective relapse prevention plan to stay strong in your recovery

Create your fulfilling post-recovery life that you are excited to live

I was chained to the obsession with food and my body, and no matter what I did, I truly believed I was the one person who could never break out of this.

It didn't matter what I achieved. My weight. What I saw when I looked in the mirror. The disgust of what I would do with food when I was alone undermined it all.

Hi! I’m Ryann!

But before all of that… I was a binge eater, too.

It wasn't until I was more afraid to stay the same than I was to do something different that I fully committed myself to recovery and stopped binge eating.

✨ You’re the exception. ✨ I know this feeling very well. I used to have it too. Here’s the thing…

After years of bingeing, I hit rock bottom and realized I wasn’t the exception — I just hadn’t had the right guidance yet. 🤯

I hate to break it to you but in the most loving way possible, you are not the exception.

I am so ready

You can overcome this just like I did. What might happen if instead of believing, "I am the exception, you try, "I just haven't fully healed yet."?

So, What Exactly Is Included?

It's never to late to change your story

In BEU, you will find personal food freedom with the support of someone who has literally "been there, done that."

I walked my own path to food freedom and now I'm here to give you the roadmap AND take the journey with you.

Questions? I have answers!

Q: This sounds amazing, but Is now the right time?

A: Isn’t it ironic how when it comes to prioritizing ourselves, it feels like we have no time - yet when the urge to binge strikes, you have all the time in the world?

This was my number 1 objection for a long time, until I realized, there is never going to be a perfect time and if I kept waiting, I was going to be waiting for the rest of my life. If I wanted to change and I wanted to get my life back, I needed to make time.

Q: Okay, but what if I hate it?

A: I want you to be confident in your decision, which is why the application process and Info Party are designed to help you determine if BEU is the right fit for you. There is NO refund policy. Once you are in, you are in.

Q: What if I need to lose weight for my health?

Your health is of the utmost importance AND here is something I want you to ask yourself: do I need to focus on my weight or do I need to unpack…

1. Why have I been continually engaging in behaviors that have led to diminished health?

2. How to focus on behaviors that improve my health?

This doesn’t mean you can’t lose weight, but if this is truly about health, then learning how to prioritize and maintain health-promoting behaviors such as:

>>> Learning how to feel and listen to your fullness
>>> Finding ways to move your body that you can sustain
>>> Getting enough sleep
>>> Coping with emotions without food, etc.

Weight isn’t a behavior. If you want to improve your health, learning how to heal what is causing the binges, while finding what works best for your unique body is what you need.

Q: do I need to stop counting calories?

I totally hear you - it can feel very scary to let go of those things. Here is what I want you to ask yourself: If you are counting calories, dieting, and/or weighing yourself and still…

>>> Obsess over food
>>> Binge eat
>>> Emotional eat
>>> Feel like you’re constantly on-the-wagon or off-the-wagon

…are you really in-control now?

Q: I am completely ready, but the money scares me!

A: Here’s how it helps me to think about it in terms of investments in my mental and physical health: Put cost of BEU aside. How much is binge eating costing you? The food you’re buying to binge? The diet food you just end up tossing? The takeout? The delivery fees? The DoorDash? The Uber Eats?

And not to mention how much it costs you mentally. What has binge eating cost you in relationships? In time? In memories? In experiences you'll never get back? If that outweighs the price of the program, then it’s clearly a sound investment.

Q: How much time do I need to dedicate?

A: 2-3 hours a week. But how much time are you currently spending obsessing over food, planning binges, going through with binges, recovering from binges, working out to compensate for binges, etc?

It’s all relative. I know it can feel scary to prioritize yourself, so let me give you permission: you are allowed to put yourself first. You are allowed to put your healing first. You are allowed to prioritize this program, even if you have other commitments on the calendar.

Q: I’m totally ready to go, how do I sign up?

A: Binge Eating Unchained is by application only. Submit your application here, and I’ll personally review it. You’ll hear back within 24 hours on if you are approved or not and your next steps.

Q: Is this covered by insurance?

A: I can create a superbill for you to submit to insurance, but I cannot guarantee they will cover it.

Q: Do you offer just individual coaching?

A: I get it, a group is scary, being vulnerable in front of others is scary, letting others know this about you is scary AND don’t you feel like you’ve felt alone long enough?

Because of the speed of success I have seen clients recover in a group setting versus just an individual setting, I only offer coaching through Binge Eating Unchained.

If you are worried about not getting enough time with me, I have a no question left behind policy and will stay on the group calls until you feel like you have all your questions answered.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Once you’re in, you’re in. There are no cancellations or refunds offered. If you are worried about whether or not this is the right fit for you, I am more than happy to hop on a consultation call after your application has been approved.
