How to feel more in control around eating PB out of the jar 😋

If you like eating Pb out of the jar, but you feel like any time you choose to eat PB out of the jar it turns into chaos, let’s figure out what’s going on!!

First, the reality with PB is that by itself it just isn’t really filling.

So if you're looking for something to hold you over (ex: I have dinner plans in an hour and need something NOW) – eating PB is a perfect option.

However, if you're wanting something more filling we need to come to terms with the fact that you just might need many spoonfuls of PB to feel full

So the question is…

🤔 is the problem that you feel out of control around PB?

😯 Or is the problem that you're actually just hungry and PB alone isn’t filling you up?

So what if you try:

01. Adding the peanut butter to something (like toast, crackers, apple, bagel)

02. OR adding to the PB to make it into more of a snack plate

To make it more filling?

Either way, letting go of right and wrong around peanut butter is key.

What might happen if you allow yourself to have the PB while also thinking about what is going to satisfy what you're looking for?

We don't know, until you try!
