Here’s the thing about control that nobody talks about.. 😬 it requires a lot of freakin ENERGY.
And after years and years of spending so much energy on food, I do not want you to be ‘in control’ of food.. because that means you’re still using energy and thought on every food choice you make.
I want more for you than a life like that.
What I want for you is to be unfazed by food. Do not use energy in your food decisions. To just decide, eat, and move on!
- Whether or not you have a veggie, it doesn’t make you feel good or bad about yourself.
- If you choose to have or not have dessert, it doesn’t make or break your day.
- Whether or not you have another serving, it doesn’t cause anxiety in your mind.
Because you don’t care.
You’re unfazed.
Food is just food.
It gives you life, but it’s NOT your life.
And that’s what I want for you.
