I mean… come on! Now I’m hungry for lunch.

While you can use any sort of chicken you desire, I love shelf-friendly ingredients, and made my sandwich with canned chicken that I had sitting in the pantry. Requiring just a handful of ingredients, this chicken BLT sandwich makes for a delicious, satisfying lunch that is sure to please. 😊 Picture this: crispy, flavorful bacon, fresh and juicy tomato, crisp greens, and tender seasoned chicken between two pieces of lightly toasted, warm sourdough bread. I mean… come on! Now I’m hungry for lunch.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. add bacon to a pan
  2. cook on medium-low heat until fully cooked
  3. slice your tomato
  4. drain your chicken
  5. add to a bowl with mayo, salt, and pepper
  6. combine well
  7. toast your bread
  8. spread mayo on bread
  9. later greens, tomato, bacon, then chicken
  10. pair with a side of chips, veg, etc, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make this panini-style by lightly pressing your assembled sandwich on a pan with a bit of olive oil or butter!
