This baked oats recipe is simple, satisfying, and filling…. sure to fuel you through your morning. Not to mention, the delicious melted chocolate/crunchy walnut combo is top-notch! Add a splash of almond milk and a scoop of nut butter, and you’re in for a 10/10 breakfast 😊

Cozy Chocolate Chip Walnut Baked Oats

This baked oats recipe is simple, satisfying, and filling…. sure to fuel you through your morning. Not to mention, the delicious melted chocolate/crunchy walnut combo is top-notch! Add a splash of almond milk and a scoop of nut butter, and you’re in for a 10/10 breakfast 😊

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. preheat your oven to 375 F
  2. blend your oats, banana, milk, baking soda, and protein powder in a blender
  3. transfer the batter to an oven-safe bowl
  4. mix in your chocolate chips and walnuts
  5. once mixed, top your batter with more chocolate and walnuts (optional but highly recommended)
  6. bake for about 20 minutes
  7. allow to cool, then enjoy!

Notes

  • Want to take this to the next level? Add a spoonful of nut butter and extra milk to the cooked oats for some added flavor!
