My biggest issue with salad kits… 🙄 They keep me full for .5 seconds. Does anybody else relate?

When building meals, let’s focus on adding things that help keep us fuller for longer! (because I like being full, and I am sure you do too!)
Even if you don’t have a Trader Joe’s, you can still use this approach to make any salad filling!
Your 3 steps to make a salad kit filling:
01. Ask yourself, “what main macronutrients (protein, carb, fat, fiber) are already in this?
02. Ask yourself, “what is this missing?”
03. Final question, “what can I ADD IN to make this more filling?”
When you begin to use those three steps when approaching a salad kit – you can use ANY kit to help you feel full, happy, and satisfied. Yay!
