Healthy Dinner Idea: Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Made with a handful of basic ingredients, this balanced dish can be whipped up in under 30 minutes! That makes it perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or a fun date night! Pair with a glass of white wine, and you're set *chef's kiss* π©βπ³π
Ingredients
Instructions
- In a pan, heat a large drizzle of olive oil for a minute on low heat
- Add a spoonful of your ghee or butter and stir to melt
- Chop garlic and parsley (I use a lot because I loveee them) and add to pan
- Mix until the garlic is a bit translucent, then set pan to the side
- Cook your pasta according to the box
- Put your pan with garlic and parsley back on low heat
- Add your shrimp to the pan, season well with salt and pepper
- Cook shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side (until pink) (move shrimp around the pan to ensure they're all cooked evenly)
- Once the shrimp are cooked, add the pasta to your pan a few tongs-worth at a time
- Mix well, add more salt and pepper, and serve with extra chopped parsley garnish!
