Healthy Dinner Idea: Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Description

Made with a handful of basic ingredients, this balanced dish can be whipped up in under 30 minutes! That makes it perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or a fun date night! Pair with a glass of white wine, and you're set *chef's kiss* πŸ‘©β€πŸ³πŸ’‹

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat a large drizzle of olive oil for a minute on low heat
  2. Add a spoonful of your ghee or butter and stir to melt
  3. Chop garlic and parsley (I use a lot because I loveee them) and add to pan
  4. Mix until the garlic is a bit translucent, then set pan to the side
  5. Cook your pasta according to the box
  6. Put your pan with garlic and parsley back on low heat
  7. Add your shrimp to the pan, season well with salt and pepper
  8. Cook shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side (until pink) (move shrimp around the pan to ensure they're all cooked evenly)
  9. Once the shrimp are cooked, add the pasta to your pan a few tongs-worth at a time
  10. Mix well, add more salt and pepper, and serve with extra chopped parsley garnish!
