Spring is officially here! Which means the warm weather is right around the corner. Which means… it’s smoothie season! (Ok, for me, smoothie season runs all year long… but I know that’s not the case for everyone.) Here is the perfect healthy snack to keep you cool and satisfied this upcoming spring and summer (and fall and winter 😉)

This blueberry vanilla smoothie is made with a few simple ingredients and provides a mix of macros so that it ACTUALLY fills you up. Top with your favorite granola or pair with peanut butter banana toast to incorporate into a meal! You can’t lose here.

The warm weather is coming… which means it’s smoothie season! This refreshing, simple blueberry vanilla smoothie recipe provides the perfect balanced snack to keep you cool and satisfied 😊

Instructions

  1. blend your berries, vanilla extract, milk, and yogurt or protein powder together – to achieve my ideal texture, I always start with less liquid (covering about 3/4 of my contents), then add more as needed
  2. top with your favorite granola, nut butter, honey, etc, and enjoy!
