Spring is officially here! Which means the warm weather is right around the corner. Which means… it’s smoothie season! (Ok, for me, smoothie season runs all year long… but I know that’s not the case for everyone.) Here is the perfect healthy snack to keep you cool and satisfied this upcoming spring and summer (and fall and winter 😉)
This blueberry vanilla smoothie is made with a few simple ingredients and provides a mix of macros so that it ACTUALLY fills you up. Top with your favorite granola or pair with peanut butter banana toast to incorporate into a meal! You can’t lose here.
