The warm weather is coming… which means it's smoothie season! This refreshing, simple blueberry vanilla smoothie recipe provides the perfect balanced snack to keep you cool and satisfied ๐
Ingredients
Instructions
- blend your berries, vanilla extract, milk, and yogurt or protein powder together – to achieve my ideal texture, I always start with less liquid (covering about 3/4 of my contents), then add more as needed
- top with your favorite granola, nut butter, honey, etc, and enjoy!
