If you’re a cookie dough fan, then you’re going to absolutely loveee this recipe. 🍪 These no-bake chocolate chip cookie dough protein bites pack all the flavor AND provide that energy you need to hold you over until your next meal.

This recipe calls for six ingredients and takes about 10 minutes to prepare. Once you have a batch, though, you will be stocked for a few days — we are all about prepping around here!

I love these cookie dough bites because they’re so tasty and easy to take on the go or grab in a pinch. They also have protein (hence the name) which makes them surprisingly filling! These bites will satisfy that sweet craving and serve as the perfect bridge between meals. If you’re a cookie dough fan, then you’re going to absolutely loveee this recipe. 🍪 These no-bake chocolate chip cookie dough protein bites pack all the flavor AND provide that energy you need to hold you over until your next meal.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. combine your oat flour and protein powder in a bowl
  2. once mixed, add in your liquid ingredients and stir
  3. once you have a dough-like consistency, fold in your chocolate chips
  4. use a tablespoon to scoop your dough, and use hands to roll into a ball
  5. place balls on a lined baking sheet
  6. optional – melt chocolate chips and a small spoonful of coconut oil in the microwave. Drizzle melted chocoalte over your bites for extra chocolate!
  7. store in a sealed container in the fridge and enjoy throughout the week!
