- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water.
- Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 9-12 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
- After cooking, immediately transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool. Once cooled, peel and cut them in half.
- In a large salad bowl, arrange the mixed greens as the base of your salad.
- Flake the canned tuna over the greens.
- Scatter the cherry tomato halves, black olives, sliced red onion, and green beans on top.
- Place the halved hard-boiled eggs on the salad.
- If you like, sprinkle capers over the salad for an extra burst of flavor.
- Season the salad with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad as your dressing. You can adjust the amounts to taste.
