If you know me and my Instagram page, you know I love a pretty, healthy breakfast bowl. Whether it’s oats, yogurt, or a smoothie… I love a gorgeous, balanced sweet breakfast in the morning. This week, I was inspired by Pinterest to create this delicious banana split breakfast bowl! 🍌

Not only is it beautiful, but it’s so simple and so tasty. Made with just a handful of ingredients, this dish serves as a great breakfast or sweet snack! Further, this bowl is high in protein thanks to the greek yogurt, and sure to keep you happy and satisfied.

This banana split bowl makes for the best healthy breakfast or sweet snack! Not only is it beautiful to look at, but it’s high in protein and delicious! Sure to keep you happy and satisfied 😊

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. carefully slice banana in half (the long way)
  2. plate banana in bowl with room for yogurt in the center
  3. add as much yogurt as your heart desires between bananas
  4. top with granola, peanut butter, and honey
  5. enjoy!
