Walnut Topping Ingredients
Instructions
- Mash bananas in a bowl, then add sugar, egg, butter. Mix well.
- Add dry ingredients
- Fold in walnuts and transfer to a cupcake tray (lined with paper or greased).
- Mix walnut topping ingredients together in a bowl, and spoon some topping on top of each muffin (be careful not to add too much as the topping may sink into the muffin while baking!)
- Bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes
