Summer is in full swing, which means it is officially smoothie season! We need allll the cold bevs to keep cool this summer, and this refreshing tropical smoothie is the perfect place to start ☀️ Made with just a handful of basic ingredients, this smoothie is tangy, light, and delicious! Makes for the easiest simple snack or component of any meal.
For a meal option, I love adding my tropical smoothie to peanut butter and banana toast or a yogurt bowl with berries and granola! Pairings like these keep me full and satisfied for much longer than just the smoothie alone. However, this glass will do the trick if you are just looking for a snack to hold you over! This recipe includes protein (either protein powder or greek yogurt) which contributes to its satiety and filling factor.

Description
Summer is in full swing, which means it is officially smoothie season! We need allll the cold bevs to keep cool this summer, and this refreshing tropical smoothie is the perfect place to start ☀️ Made with just a handful of basic ingredients, this smoothie is tangy, light, and delicious! Ingredients
Instructions
- blend ingredients together
- top with dollop of vanilla greek yogurt, your favorite granola, nut butter, etc
- doesn't get easier than that!
Notes
- I usually start with less liquid (covering about 3/4 of the fruit content) and add as needed. for this smoothie, I covered about 1/2 of the fruit content with water and then added pineapple juice to fill blender cup about 3/4 full.
