Tasty Open-Faced Lox Bagel

Hey There, I'm Ryann Nicole.

I’m a recovered binge eater who changed the story from something that happened to me to something that happened for me. Now, I’m a licensed therapist teaching you to do the same.

My mission? To help you ditch food stress and live your life with mental peace and freedom every single day!

Today we are bringing my favorite bagel shop delicacy to our very own kitchen! If you know me, you know I loveee my bagel breakfasts. A bagel toasted on the outside with a soft, chewy inside is truly one of my all-time favorite foods. Paired with rich cream cheese, juicy tomato, fresh lox, and tangy capers… I’m getting hungry for one already! This meal is sure to satisfy your savory tastebuds in the morning, and I have a feeling you’re going to want to save this open-faced lox bagel recipe 😉

Made with just a few basic ingredients, this bagel breakfast is easy and takes less than ten minutes to throw together. Perfect for busy mornings (or afternoons if you prefer a bagel at lunch!). My favorite element of this meal is the addition of capers. They seem like a minor component, but they pack a punch and bring lots of flavor and fun to the table! Goes to show how the little things can make the biggest difference in simple meals like this one.

Note

This open-faced bagel is a great example of our beloved add in method! A meal that demonstrates having what you want (the bagel and cream cheese) and adding what you need (color and protein). It doesn’t have to be complicated!

P.S. Not sure if you have seen, but Ryann is back! Time has truly flown, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her back. To be the first to hear about all the goods that are coming with Ry’s return and the new year, ensure you’re on our mailing list!
