Creamy Chocolate Raspberry Overnight Oats

July 7, 2023

Hey There, I'm Ryann Nicole.

I’m a recovered binge eater who changed the story from something that happened to me to something that happened for me. Now, I’m a licensed therapist teaching you to do the same.

My mission? To help you ditch food stress and live your life with mental peace and freedom every single day!

If you are short on time in the mornings and struggle with what to make for breakfast, this quick and easy chocolate raspberry overnight oats recipe is FOR YOU. Not only does it take about 5 minutes of prep time the night before, but this recipe makes a satisfying, filling, delicious meal that will fuel you right through your busy morning! ☀️

Overnight oats have been an all-time personal favorite for a long time now… They are so versatile and easy to throw together. Every flavor combo I’ve tried so far is a hit. This dynamic chocolate-raspberry duo is no different. If you’re ready to get prepping, grab your ingredients and a mason jar, and keep scrolling for the full recipe! (And give my Instagram @isabels.plate a look for more balanced meal inspo and recipe ideas!) 👩‍🍳

P.S. I used chocolate protein powder in this recipe, but if protein powder isn’t your thing, simply substitute protein powder for a spoonful of cocoa or cacao powder. Also, add as much greek yogurt as you’d like to get that added protein that the powder would have provided! Both options are so yum!
