Description

If you’re looking for a simple, high-protein snack idea, look no further! This cherry garcia greek yogurt bark is the perfect snack to keep you cool this summer.

Made with only a handful of ingredients, this simple snack takes about 5 minutes of prep and sets overnight in the freezer. ❄️ It doesn’t get easier than that!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. spread your yogurt on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil
  2. cut cherries into small pieces
  3. optional – chop chocolate chips into smaller pieces
  4. sprinkle your cherries, walnuts, and chocolate over the yogurt
  5. lightly press toppings into the yogurt so they are slightly embedded (rather than just sitting on top)
  6. place baking sheet in the freezer overnight or until frozen
  7. once set, use hands to break the bark apart into pieces
  8. store bark in the freezer and enjoy throughout the week!

Notes

  • Make sure not to create a super thick yogurt base! This will make it harder to break once frozen.
