We're switching things up this week! I usually share my favorite eats and meal ideas on the blog, but today I want to share a delicious cold foam to go on top of your next morning (or afternoon) cup of coffee!
For years, I cut out all fun, flavored drinks, among many other things, to ‘save as many calories as possible.' I drank strictly black coffee, not because it was my own preference… but because it was my eating disorder's preference. Thanks to recovery and prioritizing my healing, I now regularly enjoy milky coffees and fun flavors. Because life is way too short not to drink your coffee the way you actually like it.
If you're looking to reintroduce flavored drinks into your diet and challenge that voice always telling you to reach for the lowest-calorie option, this is the perfect recipe. This delicious, simple maple vanilla cold foam is one that I whipped up last fall and made on repeat! Made with just 3 ingredients that you already have in your pantry, I'm sure this will be a morning staple for you, too ๐
